C.S.P.N Paliura is a New York City & Nassau County Licensed & fully insured General Construction Firm serving the five boroughs of New York City & Long Island with in the commercial & residential sector arenas. Our services include all construction aspects of new commercial construction, custom home building, consulting, project management and design.
The president and sole owner of the firm, Spiros Paliuras a licensed General Contractor brings to the company by way of educational background, two years of studies at the Brooklyn Architectural Institute and by way of a wealthy 25 years of experience working in the construction industry. Mr. Paliuras has devoted the past twenty five years to furthering his educational and practical competencies in the field, in the past Mr Paliuras has worked different positions from foundation work, masonry work, structural, completion of interior work, to foreman and project manager. Mr Paliuras oversees the daily operation of the business including all technical aspects of the company including estimating, project planning and project management.
Paliuras Corp. operating principals are based on creating customer satisfaction. We pride our selves in providing high quality building services in a timely and professional manner. We offer expert project planning and management services from the drawing board through completion. All of our work is performed in strict accordance with the New York City & Nassau County Building codes. Our work is guaranteed for one year.
